French Press

A French press is a device used for making a delicious coffee. It is a cylindrical glass vessel fitted with a filter plate on a plunger. Most of the coffee grounds will float, so gently stir the water and let the grounds sink. After that, place the plunger over the press but don’t press it totally down yet. Allow the brewing process last for 3 to 4 minutes. Now, take the plunge and slowly push the plunger down to filter the coffee. By doing this carefully, most of the grounds will be trapped under the filter of the plunger, making your brewed coffee have a smoother taste. After, turn the lid and pour gently the coffee into your cup and enjoy. For other options, you can also add creams or sugar if desired. Just remember, don’t let the brewed coffee stays on the press for longer period.
